Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Domestic U.S. delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after dispatch. International delivery times vary based on destination and customs clearance.
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes. We offer free, insured shipping on all U.S. orders over $500. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can also track it through your account on our website.
Returns & Exchanges
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer free return shipping within 30 days for eligible items in the U.S. Returned items must be unworn, in original packaging, and include any certificates of authenticity.
Q: Are there items that can’t be returned?
A: Yes. Custom, made-to-order, engraved, or resized items, and any pieces marked Final Sale, are non-returnable.
Q: How do I start a return?
A: Email support@diamondsbymagnusjames.com with your order number to request an RMA and prepaid return label.
Diamonds & Certification
Q: Are your diamonds natural or lab-grown?
A: All of our diamonds are certified lab-grown, offering the same chemical, optical, and physical properties as mined diamonds—without the environmental impact.
Q: Do your diamonds come with certification?
A: Yes. Most pieces come with an IGI Certificate or equivalent, detailing cut, color, clarity, and carat weight.
Q: What is the difference between lab-grown and mined diamonds?
A: Lab-grown diamonds are chemically and visually identical to mined diamonds but are created in controlled environments, ensuring ethical sourcing and environmental responsibility.
Customization & Sizing
Q: Can I customize a piece?
A: Yes. We offer bespoke design services, allowing you to choose your diamond specifications, metal type, and setting style.
Q: Do you offer resizing?
A: Yes. Many rings can be resized; however, some designs (such as eternity bands) cannot. Contact our VIP Support Concierge for assistance.
Payments & Financing
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and select cryptocurrencies. Financing options are available at checkout.
Q: Do you charge sales tax?
A: Sales tax is calculated based on your shipping address and applicable laws.
